Dalt was founded by Al Bahaziy, who kept running into the same problem: buying, selling, or swapping a phone or laptop in Nigeria almost always means meeting a stranger with cash in hand, or making the trip to a spot like Computer Village and hoping for the best. There was no simple way to know a device was genuine, or that the person on the other side of the deal was trustworthy.
Dalt is the fix — a marketplace where every listing is inspected and graded before it goes live, and every swap is handled by a verified Dalt agent who comes to you. No haggling in person, no guessing about condition, no handing cash to someone you just met.
Dalt is based in Lagos and launched in 2026, starting with doorstep delivery and swaps across the city, with more of Nigeria to follow.
